\"\"<\/a>It was not too long ago when I was spiritually in a very dark place. I was very far away from God and very lost, very selfish and thought I could control my own destiny through my own efforts. This only brought failure, obstacles, disappointment, frustration, anger, dread, worry fear\u2026. the list goes on! On top of that the worry of illness, disease, destruction, violence etc. Every day I was in fear that I might have a lump, a skin rash or something indicating the imminent end of my life.<\/span><\/p>\n

It suddenly dawned on me that none of us are in control of our lives. We are all very similiar to puppets in a play being pulled by invisible strings. We think we are in control but we are not. Our actions are merely the result of higher forces that we cannot even dimly see or comprehend. Some of these forces are good, but others hostile.<\/span><\/p>\n

I was scared so I turned to God.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

God made it known to me that we also have Free Will. We have the choice to choose<\/span> not<\/u><\/b><\/span> to allow hostile forces to control us. We can choose to allow only good forces to enter freeing us from despair and leading a life full of true eternal joy and peace. Otherwise we are like ships floating rudderless in the sea without any true direction.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have written this site in honour of our Lord Jesus Christ. To thank Him for His grace and mercy. This site is also about my journey which I wish to share with you. A journey from being in a very dark place to escaping into light peace and joy.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you had met me some years ago, you would have probably thought I would be the last person that would come to Christ. This site is about my journey and what I have learnt along the way.
