We do not see the whole truth of things and so we do not know God. To see the truth is to know God because God is all true. God is too mighty for us to understand Him. God is all and more than all. We are less than all because our nature is limited so how can we conceive Him? We can only see things that relate to our limited nature and that is why God is unseen by us.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We are limited to seeing the world through our five senses, sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste. Although we are extremely grateful for these gifts, they provide only a partial picture of the real world. The rest of it remains unseen by us. We do not experience the whole truth, only a tiny part of it. The tiny part of the truth that we do experience is misinterpreted by the human mind which jumps to its own conclusions from fragmentary half truths.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is a bit like trying to see through a glass of cloudy water or trying to listen to someone whose talking to you in French when you only know a few words of that great language.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">You don\u2019t receive the whole truth but only part of it. That&#8217;s what ignorance is.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Our limited physical bodies\u00a0prevent us\u00a0from experiencing the whole truth which is to know God.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is this ignorance that causes misinterpretation of the truth leading to discord and disharmony in the world as we know it. Because we do not fully understand the truth of things we live in error. The error blinds us allowing evil to enter. It is this evil which makes us sinful.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A sinful person lives their life in a way that contradicts the presence of God. A sinful person may have at least one or more of these following defects: greed, selfishness, arrogance, envy, deceitfulness and an inability to show love or mercy.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Although many people in this world exhibit some or all of these defects to the utmost degree, all of us are guilty of them to a certain extent! These traits are all hostile to God.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">But we human beings have the mental ability to understand the difference between right and wrong. We know how to distinguish between\u00a0 walking in righteousness or living in a state of sin.<br \/>\nWalking in righteousness means living a life which conforms to the will of God.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">More on this later<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A spirit of falsehood that haunts the world wants to keep you in darkness, keep you in a state of hostility to God, so that you fail to reach the true goal of your life. To see the light and the truth is to walk in righteousness, because the truth is righteousness. That is why the falsehood, evil and darkness of this world will do everything in their power to disqualify you by making you give in to temptation.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">This is human nature living in a fallen world where there is disharmony.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">While we are alive on earth we cannot escape from ignorance and disharmony. We are fallen people and that is why life is not perfect.
